Blah blah syndication blah blah export

I've modified export.bml and export_do.bml to export in RSS format.. the problem is, I don't have a server to test the modifications on. It should work, and I double checked for typos and missing semicolons and stuff. If Brad wants to roll these changes out on the official servers, someone should probably test them first (unless no one is using export.bml, in which case we can probably test it live).

Is there a MIME type for RSS? I used text/plain in the script.
