PubSubHubbub ping server?

Does anyone know the paths for the LJ PubSubHubbub servers that you can ping? According to the protocol specification, they're supposed to be announced in the RSS and Atom feeds with <link re="hub>... but I'm not seeing that in LJ's feeds. The code to support it was supposedly released last year, but I'm not seeing any information about how to actually use it. This would really behoove LJ so that clients can reduce the pounding and also provide better end user experiences.
