Community membership now moderated to stem the botspam

There's been a marked increase in the amount of spam sent to the comm (up to 3-6 per day), some of it likely from bots. To help control it, I'm setting community membership to moderated until things get better. This shouldn't change anything for the regular posters, but newcomers will have 2 hoops to jump through before posting meanwhile. In addition, all spammers will now get banned and ejected from the comm at the first offense.

Also, a note to posters: if you're getting spam comments on your entries, please comment here with the comment links and screen the comments, instead of deleting them. That will let me ban the users and report the comments as spam as well.
