Purely cosmetic stuff

Okay, so the last issue was just from trying to work around not having a domain. I needed to change $COOKIES_DOMAIN to $SITEROOT instead of $DOMAIN.

Anyway, I had another issue that was resolved by grabbed the latest code from code.livejournal.org. All that's left is the purely cosmetic stuff, namely why my navigation bar doesn't have a background. The most I'm getting as far as errors go:
Odd number of elements in hash assignment at /home/lj/cgi-bin/Apache/LiveJournal.pm line 379.
Odd number of elements in hash assignment at /home/lj/cgi-bin/Apache/LiveJournal.pm line 1214.

Also, I'm assuming the huge directory of themes was left out of the open source version, because barely any themes actually work.
