INSTALL instructions

Well, here's my current draft of the INSTALL file:

Note that even after following these instructions you can't quite view journals yet - there's no data in theme or styledata so the bml barfs (brad, send me these, I wanna play! :)

Comments anyone? Typos, incorrect grammer, or (*gasp*) an actual error?!?! :)
