SQL

ender said he's going to document how to install the livejournal code on your own machine, but first he needed the SQL .... he tried writing it all himself, but ran into problems. Ouch! I didn't intend for anybody to try and write it themselves.

Here it is. It'll be in the tarball later, and kept up-to-date.
