After entering my username wrong on the login page (http://www.livejournal.com/login.bml), I was greeted with this error (note: exactly like this, with the html shown verbatim and the username not filled out in the link):

Username not found. Would you like to <a href='http://www.livejournal.com/create.bml?user='>create an account</a> using this username?

This may not be what you want to show there ;-) And by the way, username is not a correct word, according to the lj spellchecker.
