screen issues

hi... sorry, pretty new around here, i had a question, when i log on on one of my computers which as a small screen the front page is all garbled,...everything below the top bar is all bunched together... any reason? is it just that my screen is smaller, its like a 15 inch screen. when i log on to my 19 inch screen its all fine. is there anything anyone can do, or am i doomed...? oh and this happens only when i'm not on the journals, journals look fine, but user info pages and such are really screwd up....
