Whitaker finished the userpic addon code and has been testing it, and updated the test site with an update from

xevinx.

I’m still on the new project, though I also read, responded to, and tagged a bunch of Zilla bugs (down to 316 non-enhancement bugs). I also helped Whitaker a bit and had some long discussions about timing issues and timezones.
