Bug in postevent, or not?

I'm not sure if this is a bug that I've found or what, but I haven't been able to figure it out and don't know anywhere else to post this to. A few days ago I updated from CVS, everything was fine prior to the update. A few hours after the update, people started getting errors while updating their journals and posting comments.

Example: "There was an error posting your comment to the database. Please report this. The error is: Duplicate entry '2423-94' for key 1"

As I've said, everything was working fine before the update, but who knows, I guess it could be my DB. Has anyone had this problem?
