Cache control

I've noticed that LiveJournal doesn't force cache control to prevent the cached pages from showing each time. I noticed it when I would post an entry, but it wouldn't show up unless I hit CTRL + F5 (force refresh) in IE, then checked it using a packet sniffer to see the headers.
