Problem with feed

Okay, I have been having this problem for awhile, and haven't been able to figure it out. It has happened on several different feeds. Right now the rss feed from lj_dev is breaking synsuck on my box.

Here is what I get if I run it by hand:

[lj@vivian lj]$ bin/ljmaint.pl synsuck
Running task 'synsuck':

Synsuck: livejournal_dev (http://www.livejournal.com/users/lj_dev/rss/)

Does anyone have a clue as to what coudl be causing this? The most recent entry it has pulled is, http://www.livejournal.com/community/lj_dev/513811.html
