if anyone else wants to contribute mood icon sets i'd be happy to add them into it
Basicly what it is going to do is have sql files for the insert of the themes, either you can run the .sql or the perl script that i'm going to make that will insert all the ones you choose.

and zip the moods up and email them or put a path to them :)
