lj_syndication?

I notice that there's an lj_syndication community that isn't quite a community yet. It looks as if someone created the account, and nobody has done anything with it yet. I for one have a lot of questions and suggestions about, and a great deal of interest in, LJ's syndication features, but lj_dev doesn't seem to be the best place to discuss this. What would it take to get the syndication community started, and would anybody but me be interested in joining?
