Bug not fixed?

This is a changelog entry dated 2002-09-23, i.e. six days ago. Is this change live yet? How long does it usually take things to go live?

If it is live yet, then the bug has not been fixed by this commit. I still get comment notification mails with auto-format linebreaks in them when the entry has "Don't auto-format" turned on.

So, please let me know if this is live yet, and if it's not, I'll reopen the Zilla bug.
