I'm splitting out the LiveJournal protocol handling from LoserJabber into its own library.
I'd like to document this library, and I'd prefer to not use my own custom tools, like I've done here.
I have no problem using custom tools; I'd just prefer to do this the Right Way.
So what is the Right Way?
