simple question.

Actually, questions. Is there any way an LJ site admin can see a list of all users who have signed up for journals on the site?

Also, it seems quite clear the "docs/customizing.txt" document does not exist. Has anyone written a guide to customizing the LJ site front end and for other things like adding themes, mood icon sets, etc etc.

Please pardon my ignorance, and thanks in advance for your help.
