Patch submission policy

While I'm in Germany, I work off-line about 90% of the time. I don't get around to reading a ton of the communties, but I do read all my mail.

The best way to get a patch in for the next month and a half until I return is to get avva to mail it to me. (I'll assume he's reviewed it also... :-)) Don't worry... he won't steal it and claim it as his own. And you'll still get map props in changelog.

That said, start flooding avva with requests. And assume I don't read lj_dev, to be safe. (Note to self: finish ESN system, so I can follow LJ as easily as email...)
