Finduser Upgrade

Purpose:
Upgrading Finduser. Can now search for just about any piece of contact information to find a user.
Including dakus's request for the ability to look up a user by the code they used to create thier journal

Patch:
livejournal/cgi-bin/console.pl (patch)
