style suggestions

I have a simple suggestion to make the "punguin elegant w/ sidebar" style a lot better. At the end of the page, it says "top of page" in the little sidebar. Say you read through a users page, and want to see the previous X entries. you have to click "top of page", THEN click "previous 15 entries." Why not just insert %%skiplinks%% < br > into the bottom sidebar as well? I've already done it on my friends page but it only affects me. I'm sure a buncha people have noticed this and I'm the only one willing to take the time to tell the right people.
