XML-RPC Interface, and LJ XML DTD ?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any sort of existing XML-RPC interface to LiveJournal, either one on the LJ server itself or if maybe someone has written a wrapper around the normal interface.

If not, is there one planned ?

Also, is there an XML DTD for the LiveJournal entries anywhere ?
