|Extra tables in base-data.sql

Last I was aware, the recommended way to make changes to base-data.sql is to use the bin/dumpsql.pl script. However, when I run it without making any changes it's generating a base-data.sql that differs from the one in CVS due to the fact that the one in CVS contains entries in the schema documentation tables for a bunch of LiveJournal.com-specific stuff like the account tracking, invite codes and so forth. Was this just an oversight? If not, dumpsql.pl is broken because I can't commit any changes to the base data without also committing the removal of these table docs.
