as per this suggestion i have modified the finduser command to support lookup up users by icq, aim, etc

i've given the test account on my server the finduser priv for anyone who wants to test it

Would love feedback as to weither or not this will be implemented (so i don't keep patches of things that arn't going to get done)

Other patches to be reminded of

I'm not sure if there are any real bugs involved here or not; it could just be some odd result of the new code that will correct itself when everyone's clustered; but the past couple of days, some odd things have been happening when I've tried to post entries with the 'Don't auto-format' option enabled.

I've revamped and redone the finduser command.
Now it will let the abuse team search for a user through numerous criteria.
It will then list all users that match said criteria in a vertical form with one line for each piece of information (userid, email, icq, aim, etc).

My previous patch had a few bugs that have since been worked out and tested rigorously (i was missing some test data last time) and i believe all the bugs are worked out. If someone else wants to test it, i have all the privs needed given to the test account on http://lj.halkeye.net

Patch can be found here (sorry, just realized i forgot to post the actual patch last time)

This all started from this suggestion so if you want more information, i suggest you start looking there.

Please let me know if there are any other issues and such to be fixed.
