hacking, nerdy

PATCH: Add subject icons to comment notification emails.

Summary:
This patch adds the subject icon (smiley, thumbs up, etc.) at the end of the subject on comment notification emails (HTML version only, obviously).

Reasoning:
Sometimes the subject icon changes the meaning or alters the mood of a comment. Receiving the comment without the subject icon may be misleading in these cases.

Patch:

Tests:
I tested both replies to the post and replies to a comment. Each time, the email showed the subject icon.
(View the aftermath)

P.S.:
It took me waaaay too long to figure out how to do this. If I made a mistake, please let me know.

CVS help request: branches

CVS masters --- help a brotha' out!

I need to branch CVS into -STABLE and -DEV. Currently we just have one branch, and we treat it as stable. The problem with that is 1) I can't make available my works in progress, like the current cluster stuff, and 2) it makes it hard for me to keep the stable branch stable when my local dev tree is a mess.

So, guide me ... ?

Thanks!

Later this evening I'll be posting a patch of all the cluster stuff I have done, which includes an update-db-general.pl patch to convert a ton (~15) of tables to the new format, as well one area (memories) converted as an example. I hope some of you will have time to help converting other areas.
