BML Template

I want to write out the "prior suggestions" page for the suggestions community. So, to make it as easy as possible to publish, how should I go about writing it?

Plain text, HTML, or direct in the BML so no messing around will be needed? If it's BML, could someone tell me the codes I will need?

Update: Wait, didn't someone already do this? I think they did. Ignore me, I'll go and get back to my cave now. :o)
