Intermittent XMLRPC outage?

I've been seeing a lot of empty responses out of the XML-RPC interface over the last few days -- is anything going on?

Comments retrieval stopped working completely. And sometimes events... as you said.

I’ve solved the problem by adding a Header (there was no one before):

User-Agent: libwww-perl/5.813

Funny, but it worked!

As part of our attack mitigation, we require all requests to be received according to RFC. This means a User-Agent header is mandatory. Glad you figured it out!

Thanks! It helped me find a bug where my headers were being overwritten, so not sending a user agent. ;)
